Your Solution IP Billing

Telefonix clients

Telefonix Voice & Data (Systems Supported Ltd) are pleased to now be part of the Solution IP group. From October 2020, your monthly services will be billed from Solution IP Communications Ltd. If you have a Direct Debit arrangement, this is not affected and collection of your invoice will be made 14 days following the invoice date or shortly thereafter.

If you do not currently have a Direct Debit arrangement in place, we recommend you contact us on billing@solutionip.co.uk to set up a Direct Debit Mandate. You’ll still receive an itemised invoice and going digital with automated payments will free up time.

If the Direct Debit Agreement is not yet activated, please make settlement of this invoice within 14 days.
