How to raise a ticket from the Solution IP Customer Portal

Step 1:

Log into your customer portal.

Don’t have an access into your Customer Portal?

Contact (0)333 2000 903.

Step 2:

Please click on the “Submit a Ticket”

Step 3:

 Click here to “Create a new ticket”

Step 4:

Please fill out the ticket fields.

Step 5:

And then to complete the Contact Details fields.

Step 6:

It will then show you your logged ticket.

Finding and Updating a ticket

Step 1:
Click on Look up a ticket.

Step 2:

Find the ticket you would like to select and click on it.
