The Comms National Awards are a distinguished Telecoms and Business Communications awards scheme, designed to reward excellence within the industry. In particular, it focusses on Vendors, Service Providers and Resellers who can design responsive, appropriate Unified Communications solutions for their clients.
The category we have been nominated for, Best SME Vertical Market Solution, recognises solutions that meet the challenges of a particular industry. For this category, we submitted a detailed case study featuring the work we did for specialist Self-Invested Pension scheme company Curtis Banks. Their challenges were unique and representative of the industry: they needed to be operational at all times, had a stern remit to deliver the highest levels of customer service to their clients, and they wanted to be able to grow and expand quickly, as a successful company.
The award scheme is a popular one, and the level of entries reflects the increasing competitiveness in the Comms landscape today. According to Comms Dealer Editorial Director Nigel Sergent, “The volume of entries this year was unprecedented – 30% up on last year”.
Company founder and Director Patrick Lincoln said: “Our shortlisting in this award scheme is further recognition of our desire to deliver nothing but the most relevant technology to help meet our customer’s unique and individual needs. We pride ourselves in enabling companies to run their business their way, and our solutions mean that they can do this. I am very proud of the team and think this nomination is well deserved.”
Earlier in the year we were also shortlisted as a finalist in the Comms Business Awards, which recognises excellence in the Comms, IT and Mobile channels.
The awards ceremony will be held on the 22nd October, at the Grand Connaught Rooms in London.
