Our care packages come with different levels of commitment and guarantees against our services, depending on the level of cover you choose, to give complete peace of mind when it comes to your telephone system support.
Bronze Cover
- Hardware/Software cover available Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00
- Faults that result in 50% system failure will receive a response within 8 working hours; all other system faults will receive a response within 16 working hours
Silver Cover
- Hardware/Software cover available Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00
- Faults that result in 50% system failure will receive a response within 4 working hours; all other system faults will receive a response within 8 working hours
Gold Cover
- Hardware/Software cover available Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00
- Faults that result in 50% system failure will receive a response within 4 working hours; all other system faults will receive a response within 8 working hours
Platinum Cover
- Hardware/Software cover available Monday to Sunday (including bank Holidays) 24 hours per day
- Faults that results in 50% system failure will receive a response within 4 hours, all other system faults will receive a response within 8 hours
