21CN Service Outage: 21/10/11
Internet users nationwide are experiencing intermittent connection to the internet due to a 21CN Service Outage.
We are aware of the problem and BT are currently investigating the outage.
In the meantime we are doing all they can to minimise the impact to Solution IP customers.
We anticipate users on the 21CN platform may experience a degradation in service at peak times.
We will continue to monitor the situation and further updates will be posted here when available.
We regret any inconvenience this may cause.
