Installation: All systems are installed by Solution IP. We work with engineers with over 25 years of experience within the telecommunications industry who are all qualified and trained by the manufacturers.

Training: Whether you have just purchased standard, digital or an IP telephony system we will provide all members of staff with training. It is important to spend time with each individual on day one, running through the key features and facilities of the system. After this, we ensure that the same engineers that you have become familiar with will return to provide refresher training and to alter any system programming as required.

Support: For peace of mind and to guarantee a professional service, we offer all customers a service and maintenance contract as well as support from our Service Help Desk. There are always technical office based engineers and a team of field based engineers to diagnose faults and resolve problems as efficiently and quickly as possible.
